At the Garland County Sheriff’s Office, saving lives isn’t an exception — it’s part of our mission.

Our deputies train relentlessly to respond to emergencies both inside the Detention Center and out in the community. That preparation continues to make a real impact.

Recently, two of our Detention Center deputies performed CPR on an inmate and successfully revived him. On patrol, Deputy John Wright pulled an individual from a burning vehicle, acting within seconds to prevent a tragedy.

These moments reflect the dedication, skill, and courage our deputies bring to work every day. We are proud of their actions and grateful for their commitment to the people of Garland County.
